Precision Grinder

 The position:

We are looking for someone to set-up and operate a precision grinding machine.  We do exciting work on a variety of parts for the semiconductor, medical, aerospace, etc. industries.  While we are willing to train, this isn’t and entry level position or for people who simply need a job. We are looking for someone who is committed to their field and has a reputation for producing quality workmanship.

Duties and responsibilities

• Setting up machines and running jobs
• Reading blueprints
• Setting up and using gages and instrumentation
• Organization and cleanliness of work area
• Maintaining all documentation

We are looking for dedicated people in for either of the following grinding disciplines:

• Blanchard
• Centerless
• Surface
• Cylindrical
• Internal

We have all those disciplines in our facility……and many more. While you may not be involved in each area right away, we want to know you are familiar with this type of equipment and holding close tolerances.

• The have suggestions and ideas on how to solve a problem and get a job done.
